All sales are final. Each order is made just for you. Cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges cannot be made.
If your artwork has arrived damaged or appears in any way incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of the order delivery date. We will do our best to facilitate an appropriate replacement or repair.
In case of transit damage or any reported concern, we will need photographs of the artwork and the the original packaging in order to assist with a prompt replacement or repair of the ordered artwork. These may be sent to us at contact (at) museumqualityart (dot) com.
Please retain the artwork and the original packaging until an appropriate repair or replacement is confirmed. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with replacements or repairs wherein these requirements are not met.
Please note that artwork customizations must be requested and confirmed prior to placing an order.
