Refund Policy
All sales are final. Museum Quality Art does not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Each item ordered is made just for you.
In the rare case of transit damage, please reach out to us so that we can work to address your concern with an appropriate repair or replacement. Inquiries related to damage must be received within 7 days of your order delivery date. We will need photographs of any issues related to your artwork and/or frame and photographs of the retained original packaging, even if the packaging appears undamaged, in order to process a request for repair or replacement.
Occasionally, Museum Quality Art may offer a sale, promotional code, or discount code. These are always intended for future orders only, and cannot be applied to orders already placed.
Museum Quality Art reserves the right to refund an order in total and not fulfill any order we suspect to be fraudulently made or erroneous.
