My artistic journey is rooted in a love for nature's beauty. Growing up near the lakes and living in Excelsior has shaped my creative expression, with waves, sky, and shimmering water inspiring my art. Over time, I developed a playful style that evokes happiness and relaxation, often reflecting beach and nautical themes to resonate with viewers' memories. More recently I have incorporated literary influence in my work, primarily in the form of small Impressionistic style in rich oil paints. I favor abstract forms but also explore realistic representations, with my color palette focused on greens and blues -- the colors of the sea, sky, and nature.
