Museum Quality Art is excited to collaborate with current artists from across the globe. Representing current, independent artists, recognizing their unique talents and artistic self-expression, and including their artwork in the curated collection at Museum Quality Art is a vital part of our brand.

How are artists compensated?
Artists receive a percentage of revenue from each sale of their artwork at Museum Quality Art. Each artist has access to a private dashboard, updated in real time, that relays the corresponding order number and royalty/payment due whenever their artwork sells.

When are artists compensated?
Artists are compensated monthly based on their sales report. Payouts are processed via PayPal and submitted by the 10th day of each month.

What payment processor do you use?
Artists are compensated via PayPal.
Does the artist print and ship their own artwork?
With the exception of original artwork, Museum Quality Art manages all the printing, framing, and shipping of art prints based on the work of artwork by all artists. That means that artists have access to all the premium and museum quality materials and framing options that we offer from our website.

Can you tell me more about your materials and process used for prints?
We use a fine art giclée printing technique for all artwork. We use 100% cotton rag paper, fine art canvas, and wood frames with kraft dustcovers and included hanging hardware. Stretched canvas art prints have mirrored edges and a canvas depth of 1.5" inches. These materials are selected based upon each order's preferred customization.

What art print sizes do you sell?
Museum Quality Art offers a standardized product page with the following art print sizes: 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 16x24, 18x24, 20x30, 24x30, 24x36, and 30x40. Depending on the artwork and the artist's preference, certain sizes or aspect ratios may be excluded. Or, we can collaborate to determine different sizes for your art prints.

Is Museum Quality Art exclusive?
We only ask for non-exclusive, open edition access to print the artwork included at Museum Quality Art.

What size/format/type of images do you need to get started?
We need high resolution (300dpi or greater) .jpeg or .tiff images. The size and quality of the image will determine the largest art print enlargement which can be made.

What happens if I want to remove an image from Museum Quality Art once it's posted?
Requests for removal of artwork currently listed on our website can be made by emailing us at contact (at) museumqualityart (dot) com.

I'm an artist and would like to be included at Museum Quality Art. What do I do?
Please email us at contact (at) museumqualityart (dot) com with an introduction and a portfolio/web link of available works. A member of our team will be in touch with you to discuss next steps and if we think the artwork is a good fit for inclusion at Museum Quality Art.
