Museum Quality Art is a growing fine art brand offering a curated collection of prints, canvas, and framed artwork from artists, galleries, and museums around the world.

Representing current, independent artists — recognizing their unique talents and including their work alongside our collection — is a vital part of how we’ve built this brand.

Curated independent artist work

Chapter One

Artist-Made.

You send us high-resolution files of your work (300dpi or greater, JPEG or TIFF). We curate, and feature the pieces best suited to our collection.

Our collaboration is non-exclusive and open edition — you’re free to continue selling your work elsewhere, however you like.

Fine art printing and framing
Framed Art from Museum Quality Art
Chapter Two

We bring it to life.

Every order is fine art giclée printed on 100% cotton rag paper or premium fine art canvas, then framed in real wood with kraft dustcovers and hanging hardware included.

Stretched canvas pieces have mirrored edges and a 1.5″ canvas depth. We manage the printing, framing, shipping, and customer service for every order — so you can focus on your art.

Artist dashboard and payments

Chapter Three

Your art on their walls.

You earn a percentage of every sale, with a private dashboard that updates in real time as your artwork sells. You’ll always know which pieces are moving and what you’ve earned.

Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal, by the 10th day of the following month.

A collective of independent artists

Chapter Four

In good company.

You’ll join a curated collective of more than forty independent artists from across the globe — each chosen for craft, voice, and an unmistakable point of view.

It’s a small community by design. Your work sits alongside vintage prints from museums and galleries around the world.

Everything else you might want to know.

Eligibility & Submissions
How do I apply?

Submit an introduction and a portfolio link through our online application. A member of our team will review your work and reach out about next steps if we feel your work is a good fit for our collection.

I live outside the U.S. Can I still apply?

Yes — we collaborate with independent artists from around the world. Payouts are processed via PayPal, which supports international accounts.

What image format and resolution do you need?

High-resolution JPEG or TIFF files at 300dpi or greater. The size and quality of the image will determine the largest print enlargement we can offer for that piece.

What print sizes do you offer?

Standard rectangular sizes range from 5×7 up to 30×40, and squares from 8×8 up to 36×36. Depending on your work’s aspect ratio, certain sizes may be excluded — or we can collaborate on custom dimensions where it makes sense.

The Agreement
Can I review the exact agreement in advance?

Yes — you’ll have the opportunity to review the full agreement before signing. We’re happy to answer any questions you have along the way.

Is Museum Quality Art exclusive?

No. We ask for non-exclusive, open-edition access to the work you share with us. You’re free to continue selling your art elsewhere — through your own site, other galleries, or anywhere you choose.

How long is the agreement?

Collaboration agreements run for one year from the date signed, then auto-renew until either side cancels. We just ask for 30 days’ written notice if you decide to remove any of your work, and we’ll make reasonable efforts to accommodate faster timing if needed.

What if I want to remove a piece from the site?

Send the title or link to contact@museumqualityart.com, and we’ll handle it promptly.

Payments & Refunds
How are royalties calculated?

Royalties are 15% of the selling price, including the artwork and standard framing. Specialty ornate frames are excluded from the royalty calculation.

When and how am I paid?

Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal, submitted by the 10th day of the following month. Your dashboard updates in real time as your artwork sells, so you can see what’s due before payout day.

What happens with refunds or reprints?

If a customer is refunded for a piece of yours, that adjustment appears as a negative line in your current payout balance. For reprints we have to issue due to transit damage or quality issues, no additional royalty is calculated — we treat it as completing the original sale.

Marketing & Brand Use
How is my work promoted?

Your work is featured across our channels — on the Museum Quality Art website, in our newsletter, on social media, and in our paid marketing campaigns. We also create lifestyle mockups (a print styled on a wall, framed in a room, etc.) so collectors can imagine how a piece would look at home.

These promotional mockups, excluding giveaways, aren’t part of the royalty calculation.
