Please contact us via form or email within 7 days of your order's delivery date to notify us of your concern.

It is necessary to have photographs of the entire artwork and the original packaging in order to file any required damage claims and assist with a prompt repair or replacement.
Please retain the artwork and the original packaging until an appropriate repair or replacement is confirmed.
