Art Prints and Framed Artwork from Museum Quality Art are printed and framed using the highest quality papers, canvas, inks, and materials. Everything is carefully printed and framed once you order.
Framed artwork includes UV-shielding acrylic when purchasing artwork on matte paper. No acrylic is used when selecting canvas artwork, and for this reason we believe canvas most closely resembles original artwork. Mounted wire and hanging hardware is included with all framed artwork. Your artwork will arrive ready to display in your space.
We place all artwork orders into production right away after they are received. Please note that there is a 4-5 business day lead time for art prints, and a 5-10 business day lead time for framed artwork. Art prints and framed artwork requested in the same order may ship separately from each other, always with a tracking number. Unexpected delays related to COVID-19 may occur, and may unexpectedly extend these lead time estimates. We will keep you updated to the status of your order if there is any delay.
Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges
Because all art prints are made to order, all sales are final. Cancellations, refunds and exchanges cannot be made. Customizations must be requested and confirmed prior to placing an order.
Vintage Artwork and Unique Character
Because most of the artwork available at Museum Quality Art is vintage, variable details such as brushstrokes, grain, and cracking may be visible on your final product. Colors may vary due to differences in monitor or display settings on your computer or phone. We do our best to represent our products, but please keep in mind that mock-ups (image and frame previews) are often digitally rendered. These digital representations may vary slightly from real, finished artwork. Multiple sizes of artwork are represented on each product page, and may not correspond to the size being ordered.
In the rare event that you need to report damage or a quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of your order's delivery date. We are unable to provide replacements for items in question after this timeline has passed.
